Our Story

Started more than 3 decades ago when the seed for TLC was planted by Dr Dean DePice, a practicing chiropractor who has a dream of chiropractors mentoring chiropractors to leave a legacy of profitable, flourishing practices impacting generations to come with lifetime chiropractic care.

After decades of practice with teams of CAs and chiropractors implementing systems that run effectively and efficiently, Dr Dean decided to create an innovative platform for chiropractors to come together to learn, relearn and engage. And with this platform TLC became the community where we train to be the best version of ourselves, personally and professionally. Thus, TLC was born.

Our Mission: To nurture relationships by practicing procedures that result in longevity. We empower chiropractic practitioners and their teams to offer unparalleled care by optimizing their practices for success. Our aim is to creatively and collaboratively apply time tested procedures which holistically improve the longevity and well-being of the practitioners.
