TLC's Mentor Match Program.

A Mentor Match member is a student member PLUS- this is for the student who knows that training with a successful practice while in school will equip the student with the knowledge and confidence to practice sustainably and profitably when you graduate.

What you will receive for your monthly investment of $29/month is:


  • Training side by side with practicing chiropractors and CAs who prioritize longevity in patient care and team development. 

  • You will learn the procedures that work and be asked to practice what you learn in order to anchor the tools.

  • You have the ability to apply to be in our mentor match program.

What that might look like is a growing relationship with a student to show them what a TLC run practice looks like and how being part of a team is the best pathway for lasting growth personally and professionally. It would be our ideal hope that these students will choose TLC as their chiropractic family even before graduation and continue on for years to come. It might lead to a direct associateship for your practice or a better fit with another TLC practice which is always a positive benefit.

Mentor Match Process

  1. Apply using our digital application to our student and mentor match program 
  2. We will start accepting students on December 9th and have rolling admissions until we hit our capacity of 12 students
  3. If accepted, you will begin the program as a student member and have to pay the membership fee of $29 a month.
  4. You will then join us for our mentor match weekend event (paid for by your matched DC) on July 25-27 in Georgia. During this event, you will find out who you are matched with and the mentorship process will begin. Your mentor will then take over the costs of your student membership and you will have benefits of both the student membership and the mentor membership.

Mentor Match Benefits for the students:

Be matched with a DC during your last 2 years of school

 Your DC will guide you through the process of running a practice

Your DC will fly you to their practice at least twice a year, where you will:

• Be a part of a team • Be part of a chiropractic community • Learn how to run a business

• Come to their community events • Join them for patient appreciation days 

• Be involved in marketing • Experience living in a TLC run practice

• Be included in team trainings and quarterly trainings and learn how to raise up a TLC team

Get treated by your DC to 2 educational events per year

to train and educate yourself on how to run a TLC practice

This may lead directly to an associateship for the student

and if not, they can possibly be connected with another one of our TLC doctors to find their perfect match as an ADC
